FRAW Fuan Large Format Bending Kit

This bending kit is mainly used in over 300mm length  acrylic sheet bending, it is very efficient and cheap tool.

The heating place is the Key for Bending tools, FRAW Large hot bender's heating plate are designed from practice,it has been improved many times based on valuable suggestion from peers and clients in past 7 years.
This tool can allow two people work together or individually for different jobs.
We've been receiving positive feedbacks since September, 2011.











User Guide:

First Prepare a barrel with Minimum 30L volume, 2pc of aluminum by 45*76mm,length as required.

1. Connect the heater to water pump with the silicon tube .Then put the water pump into barrel .

2. Connect temperature controller with heater.

First connect the water pump power, then plug in the temperature controller till water circulation normally.

Adjust the controller clockwisely for increase or opposite for reduce . do it slowly to avoid any damages.

Note: Ground wire Important

4. After around 5-6mins heating up (Winter may need longer time), Then put the Plastic board to the heating area till it become soft. Then can do bending for any angle

Remind: If not experienced, can find a similar material for testing first to find proper temperature.

 Ideal temperature can soften the board and no bubble caused. Lower temperature will slower the job while higher temperature will cause bubble .

Then remove the heated plastic board and shape it to 90°angle with aluminum prepared in advance. Or can use other fixed shape for different angles.

 Also can make a slide with depth around 2/5 of board thickness for easier bending. 

Note: Please power off t when water temperature is higher than55℃, then later on change it.

Warning: Can NOT reduce water temperature sharply.
